I recently created an outlook folder in my email to hold all the &quot;job extras&quot; I am asked to do.  When you are skilled, it's easy to forget something someone asks you to do that you just do.  So even though you're a hero, you never get long term credit for it.  

The job extras folder is great to use for resume building and review time activities.</description>
